You can add up to 5 qualifications on the free tier. After that, an annual subscription unlocks unlimited uploads.
Hopefully not! Wallification uses AI to read the details from your qualification automatically. The data stays private, and you'll get a chance to review and edit anything it gets wrong before saving.
Nope. When you add a new qualification, you'll have the option to scan or upload both the front and the back in one go.
Yes. By default you'll get a push notification 30 days before expiry. You can change this to 3 or 6 months' warning, or switch reminders off entirely in Settings. Qualifications within 90 days of expiry are also highlighted in the dashboard and wallet.
No, sharing requires an annual subscription. You can still store and view up to 5 qualifications for free.
Yes. All your qualifications are securely backed up to the cloud, so as long as you remember your login details, everything will be there on any device.
You'll revert to the free tier, which means you'll be able to access 5 of the qualifications you've added. Your other qualifications aren't deleted — if you resubscribe, they'll all be available again as normal.
Yes. We offer organisation plans that grant employees full access without individual subscriptions. Each employee just needs the organisation code, which they can enter on sign-up or later in Settings. Contact us at wallification.manager@gmail.com for details.
